We are very proud to announce that Sarah Shelton from Dowagiac High School is a winner in the spa model competition. SPA-Senior Portrait Artists is a group of photographers based in Kansas. Last year Cathy and I went to their convention for the first time, and we were very impressed with the group and what they're doing. It's probably the fastest growing association in photography. One of the programs they offer is the spa model program. Participating studios can have their seniors enter the competition, and the winners receive an expense paid trip to the convention to model. This year the convention is in Tucson Arizona. There will be 2 days of photographic modeling and one fashion show showcasing the latest fashions for young people. It will be very exciting to see Sarah participate in all this. Keep your eye on the blog to see some shots from the event. The dates are Jan 20-23.
